    New to Lodge pre-seasoned cast iron

    I just rinse mine in very hot water (I use rubber gloves so I can stand hotter temps) and scrub the "chunks" and food that did manage to stick with a scotch-brite pad (no metal pads) until smooth. I never use soap! I then heat it on the stove to dry and occasionally rub on a little bacon...
