    How do you make your turkey?

    Season the bird with salt and pepper, stuff with a peeled onion and cover with streaky bacon. Roast in some water with a small amount of lemon juice. Delicious!

    How do you coleslaw?

    I always keep it basic 1 Half white cabbage 2 carrots I onion Mayo Put everything through the food processor and and mix in the mayo. Delicious when freshly made.

    What to do with cauliflower leaves?

    I always cut the leaves of cauliflowers, eating only the florets and composting the remaining leaves. I have heard that they are not only edible, but in fact quite tasty and nutritious. Does any one have any experience of using the leaves in any cuisine?

    Tomatillo and Courgettes

    I always have plenty of courgettes this time of year - I like to fry some chopped smoked bacon, courgette and garlic. Mix in with some creme fraiche and cooked pasta. Grate some mature cheese on top for a fantastic light lunch.

    Question about raw chicken

    I have bought chicken before in a supermarket, I opened it on the day of purchase and it was mouldy. Spelt so bad - you can never really know how it was treated before it gets to you!

    I like to coat in some olive oil dried stuffing mix, fry, grill or bake for a crispy and tasty chop!

    Wok I would invest in some carbon monoxide detectors, just to be on the safe side. They are really cheap and always a good idea.

    Homemade Antipasto

    My favourite antipasto is bruschetta, very tasty and very easy! Chop onion and garlic finely and mix with chopped tomatoes, chopped basil and olive oil. Add to the top of some toasted French bread.

    Which country has the best food, in your opinion?

    I love trying new cuisines but my absolute favourite has to be Chinese. I love the variety - rice and noodle dishes, spicy marinades and curries, seafood dishes and duck pancakes! Making me hungry already.

    Stuffed Peppers

    I love a stuffed pepper - basically anything can go, but what I do is saute some smoked bakon, red onion, garlic and peas. Mix in some breadcrumbs and an egg and fill the hollowed out pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for about half an hour or until cooked thoroughly.

    I like to use a marinade of onion, garlic, chilli pepper, lemon juice and some olive oil blended up. Leave overnight, it adds a great flavour - use a hotter chilli for more kick.
