    Hello! Anyone knows the sauce for the beetroot and carrot salad?

    I've eaten this salad at a local Chinese restaurant and it was very delicious. The only ingredients were the beetroot and the carrot with some kind of sauce. I would really like to make this at home, but have no clue what kind of dressing its used. Anyone? Help.
