    Sorry, never heard of it here. I'd say you'd have better luck asking a chef working in an Irish bar in the USA. Killarney is completely orientated to USA market, so it's probably just something given a neat marketing name to connect the food to the bar.

    Well, this site looks like a real hidden treasure, it looks brilliant. Myself and my wife both love cooking and both worked in the hotel industry (before you got sense!) ...love dining out and cooking in our house as well. I'm afraid we'll be just gleaning information from you all:tongue:
