    I am making some Russian Fudge for a friends wedding, and am going to cut it into heart shapes, cover it in chocolate and wrap it up for the guests. (Cool huh?!) Problem is i really need to make the fudge now (1 week before), and am wondering how to store it. I realise the fridge isn't the best...
