    Stir fry, soups, salads, dips. You can use the Green part for lots of dishes

    Sour cream chopped purple onions pepper lemon juice I'm not sure if this dip has a name but it tastes great with raw veggies

    I'd make some onion sauce with them. Blend onions in a blender with some mayo.
