:D a few days ago I posted here asking for "roaster tips" - well, GOT my roaster, GOT a bunch of roaster cookbooks, and have had one success after another.... if anyone WANTS roaster info, I bet I could xerox and fax them my cookbooks!
Getting nostalgic, just purchased a big (18-quart?) roaster (with the "browning lid" attachment) for Thanksgiving turkey, Christmas ham and Easter lamb (etc.) - need to hear from folks who have experience using these in ALL their "capabilities" - to make those "big meat" dishes, of course, but...
