    Help!

    I made jam today and processed it in a hot bath, the seals seem solid and all seems well .. But I see air spaces in the jam through the glass .. Not to be confused with air bubbles ... these are air spaces in the jam ... sitting in the jar Do I have a problem?? :angel:
