I've been having some trouble :bangin: finding a good substitution for this cheese . I understand it's some spanish-american thing? I got the impression that you have it in the US, but the chance of finding it in Sweden is close to none. I read somewhere that it works to use a very mild feta...

cara, it does make sense that people felt it in northern germany too. For example, I would imagine that Stralsund and Rostock are more close to the epicenter than my home town, or at least equally close, and if we felt it.. Well, you get the picture.

Very. It did cross my mind, like "whoa, could this be an earthquake?" and then "no, of course not, earthquakes don't happen here.." Silly me.

This is so off-topic, but anyway. We had an earthquake in Sweden this morning. Not a big one (4.7 they said) but still. I'm sure that's nothing for you, but we never have earthquakes here. Never. I can't recall there ever having been one.. They said it was the biggest since 1903 or something...

I really hate having to ask, but how much is 1 cup? Since I live in Sweden I'm not familiar with that term, here we just use deciliter.. And while I'm at it I might as well ask about another thing.. Tb=tablespoon and tsp=teaspoon, right?
