Iv joined a free exercise training course on the internet. I now exercise 3/4 times a week. I always exercise at night (as thats the only time i have time lol) and later today i will be running on a treadmill and doing various weight lifting exercises.

I had a Greggs Saussage Roll for breakfast and I'm having a Greggs sandwhich for lunch. As you can tell i do enjoy the Greggs food lol.

By the way, can i ask: What type of water do use think is better, absolutely pure clean water or normal tap water (which isn't perfectly clean) but still ok to drink? I read/heard somewhere that believe it or not the normal tap water is actually better to drink then the normal absolutely pure...

One of my clients sells Loaf Dishes... I haven't personally tried them but i have tried some of his other cookware and i think it's pretty cool.

Wow most of the chefs you have mentioned i haven't even heard of lol. I think the main two i know are just jamie oliver and gordan ramsey. Are they any good? They seem quite good from what i have seen.

lol actually that makes more sense (kinda). I think now i get it... i think because not everyone knows exactly what cookware is people have their own ideas as to what they believe it to be... Which in a way makes it even more confusing.

I just looked in an online dictionairy and it actually says: Cookware = pots, pans, and other cooking utensils. So i guess cookware is actually all kinds of cooking products in general?
