Years ago I had a recipe for an enchillada casserole that was made with black beans, rice, corn, chicken, enchillada sauce and tortilla chips. Does anyone have anything similar?
I love french onion soup. Yesterday I was out at Marie Callendar's and tried their recipe. It was okay but very bitter and that's what I've found in lots of recipes. Any suggestions??

I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem. I love to use shake n bake for pork chops but the problem I have is that it comes out crispy on top and soggy on the pan side. Does anyone else have this problem? I think I'm going to try and cook it on a rack tonight.
