Yeah, I have also read articles before that frozen vegetables are as good as fresh vege. My favorite way of cooking spinach is to saute it with garlic, pine nuts and dried cranberries. Simply delicious!

Too many chilis - how to cool it down?

Yeah I agree, adding more of the other ingredients (like chicken broth and coconut milk you mentioned) is the only option, or the chicken pieces itself or any vegetables you have in the dish. Also, eat with more steamed rice, that should help I hope!

    Taro ice cream/frozen yogurt recipe?

I tried this frozen yogurt recipe before, using fresh peaches and pecans, I think if you stir in some taro, it might work. It's really good! Also just want to say that the recipe uses sweetener, not real sugar, because my father has diabetes, so my whole family does not eat too much sugar. Hope...

Seems like I am late to this discussion, but want to add that I love ramen, I know it is not very healthy in some sense, so what I do is I only put less than half of the salt packet, also I normally put lots of vegetables, like carrots, frozen corn kernel, bok choy or cabbage, and an egg is a must!
