    that makes sense. when your doing something like sour cream or peanut butter is that wet or dry measure?

    Well that sounds easy and yummy. How much butter and sugar would you suggest for say a 9x9 or so? When you say equ. amount of PB do you mean the same amount as Butter and Sugar?

    I think I am brave and LOVE my cheese of all variety, but VELVEETA....really ummm I don't think that will give me the taste I am going for. But I do love a Peanut Butter and Cheese sandwhich! It is a fresh version on Peanut Butter and Cheese Crackers.

    I think that this jiff recipe is the best looking one so far. I have tried about 5 recipes. I can't remember if Jiff was one. There is more peanut butter by volume in this recipe that I remember seeing. That is always the problem with my PB fudge the hubby says good but needs more PB taste...

    In my husbands chocolate LOVIN' opinion Ghiradelli's brownie recipe on the sweet cocoa can is the best. I believe the name is double chocolate brownie because they also have choco. chips in them.

    How do you learn to cook?

    I learned by watching others. I now watch Food Network, even if you don't cook what they are cooking you will learn things. Experiment and have fun. Don't stress about it!

    Anyone Like to Cook More Than They Like to Eat?

    My husband says I am the only person he knows that doesn't mind cooking things and not eating it. I don't care for some of the desserts he does but I enjoy making them (conquering them)! I like experimenting and it makes me feel good to see others enjoy my stuff.

    Glass plate shattered in oven -- My first kitchen disaster

    I think I can make you feel better. About 10 yrs ago I boiled eggs in microwave...I know...NOW! When I went to peel the first one it exploded in my face. Talk about egg on your face and all over the kitchen. I found reminants for awhile!

    Short Ribs

    the last ribs i made i used a dry rub (bbq seasonings) put them in the over tightly covered in alum. foil on 200 deg. for the better part of an afternoon. When dinner rolled around they were so tender when you grabbed a bone in just came out clean!
