    Tamales and Chorizo have pork meat but the way it is prepared is very different. I'm mexican, if you want the real recipes I could e-mail them to you.

    Flip-up door ovens

    Does anyone have seen an oven where the door opens to the top (flip-up)??? Most of the time the door opens to the sides or down. I nee one that opens to the top. Thanks
