The Pizza really looks nice. I am trying turkish gyros tonight. It comes with fried potatoes onions, spicy rice, some salad and tzatziki of course. Let´s see how it tastes.

Cookies and cakes are usually softer if you use margarine. I prefer a more solid consistency so I mostly use butter except I am cooking according to a recipy.

Hmm I am living in Germany which is the same latitude as the border to Canada. I don´t think there are any herbs or vegetables that can be grown during the winter here except under glass. I would be happy to get some tips on that.

Invite your friends over. Get some basic ingredients for different meals and cook together. I am learning new meals way easier by cooking with somebody than watching cooking show.
