    Freezing an opened bottle of egg whites...

    I opened it, used a bit and I'm going away soon and I don't really want to throw them in the bin. It also says use within 3 days but again they smell / tastes fine (been kept in the fridge) In others will I die if I freeze them and use them later on? Much thanks on advance
