    Copper Bottom Cookware

    I recently purchased a set of JCPenny's copper bottom stainless steel "Cooks" brand cookware and everything sticks high or low temps. What am I doing wrong??? Also is it normal for the copper bottom to turn black and on other pots faid away?? RXG
