Hi everyone. What is 'plastic icing'? I want to make little marzipan decorations to put on cupcakes for a kiddies party, but one of the kids is allergic to nuts, so I'm worried about the almond paste. Is plastic icing something similar to marzipan? And - if so - how do I make it? (I'm new...
