    Brine Seasonings

    Hi all, great topic, I just did a brine with ribs and then chicken. Funny thing; after I ate the ribs i thought.....I wonder if i skip the brine and the rub nites, and just baste the hell out of it as usual; would i notice a difference?? I plan on testing that theory soon. I'll let yous know...

    What's for dinner Sunday May 30th?

    Yum everyone, Tonite i did some BBQ chicken breasts on the bone, seared then slow cooked and basted with TONS of sauce(custom blend), roasted veg on the bbq with fresh herbs finished with some red wine, and baked potatoes. Chocolate chip banana bread with some vanilla ice cream for desert! yum
