Thanks Hi Mimi.....thanks for the information.....will see if they taste any different...have great day..... My tip of the day ...... If you like polenta....put the polenta into cold milk or water...I like milk and a bit of cream....add salt and pepper to taste... let it sit for a half hour...

Forgot to add that I also need to make a caramel filling for these Rosemary cookies and need butter for that as well....can I use the clarified butter in the making of the caramel?????....thanks...e
