has anyone found a way to lose weight without starving . i hate my emerging buddha belly:mad: ,but i do love my food. in fact there is,nt a calorie i dont like.:lol: :lol: :lol:

well,i have two slow cookers. one is called a crock pot but one is called a slow cooker. they ARE exactly the same:rolleyes: and both have removable pots.

i just love apple pie with a hint of clove. covered with clotted cream.:tongue:

the weather here is wonderful for this time of year. the gardens are looking great and everything is growing very early.:chef:

thanks guys. my recipe only uses fresh double cream,egg yolks,sugar and almond oil. the flavour is wonderful but much too like ice.

i would just cook it all and then refreeze. i cant abide chucking food away. maybe thats why i,m getting a buddha belly.

i,ve eaten Baba Ganough many times in Egypt and the Middle East but i swear each one was different.

i bought an ice cream maker with built in chiller about 2 years ago but every time the ice cream comes out of the freezer its as hard as iron.:ermm: there MUST be an ingredient that commercial makers use that keeps it soft ish but i,ve tried adding lots of things to keep it usable.nothing but...
