Hi, I am reading a chinese reciept for BBQ Pork steamed buns. One of the ingredient for the bun is 4 cups white flours. Does anyone know what exactly is white flours ? I went to A&P and other supermarkets seems no one knows what it is. Anyone knows please do help. Thanks in advance. David
