Dinner was awesome tonight! Menu included: smothered chicken, brown rice, macaroni and cheese, fried cabbage, biscuits, and banana pudding. I love Sunday dinner with my family, and love it even more when my girls take interest in helping me make it!

When I butterfly my shrimp, I cut along the outside curve about 3/4 of the way through. If you are having trouble with them curling up you can try pounding them flat before you stuff them. Just a thought.

Wow, that is actually a hard question! I love to cook anything Italian!! My girls love to make crab stuffed shrimp with me though, that is there favorite; therefore, one of mine too. How about you?

Today it is Chocolate Chip Pound Cake with a yummy milk chocolate frosting. Tomorrow I'm going to make a smaller batch in my scalloped bread tube pan to take to work. The cream cheese keeps this cake super moist.
