    Everytime I stir fry beef (I use London Broil) in a recipe, weather it be a chinese dish or fajitas, it always comes out super tough, even if I marinate it. What is the trick to getting the beef to come out tender..I so tired of eating shoe leather..Thanks, Joyce

    Good, cause I thought it was me that found that a little strange. The recipe was written by a pretty qualified chef, Alton Brown, know him? Anyway, he's typically so extremely precise that this is just a little out of character..In any case, thanks very much for your time. Sully

    Why is my Tapioca turning soupy?

    Can anyone tell me why everytime I make tapioca pudding it comes out great, thickens as it should and seems perfect, BUT when I put it in the frig, the next day it has turned to soup? It has happened the last three times I've made it and I am not doing anything but what the directions call...
