    We're deep frying the turkey this year too. My brother in law is doing it. Hmm...I think I'm glad that frying that huge turkey in that giant pot of oil is a mans job in our house, all the hot oil scares me haha. Anyway, I hope it turns out good!

    Anyone cook their own pet food?

    I've only cooked for them when they're sick but I'd like to start doing it all the time. I cook chicken and rice when they have an upset tummy. I boil the chicken and then use the stock to boil rice, normally if I have to do this, we eat chicken and rice as well lol.

    Henckels Everedge knives

    the Henckles Everedge knives are crap, my roommate has them and I hate them... the serrations make it very hard to cut raw meat because it clings so bad. For vegetables there ok but its hard to cut hard things since htye are fairly dull and only about a year old.

    urmaniac, do you have a set of tablespoons, teaspoons and cups from the US? The measure is consistent when using the sets manufactured in the US. I've never had a problem using them.
