I meant the bruchetta topping. I bought a tub of bruccetta sauce from trader joes. It's amazing but is near it's expiration date. I'm skipping on the cheese to save calories. I try to cut corners as much as I can to be a little more healthy. ;)

Google Kahlua pork. I make a 5lb roast (serve over steamed rice) and use leftovers for all kinds of things. Tacos, nachos, taquitos, enchiladas, pull pork sandwiches, etc. I make this all the time at home. Def the most frequent recipe I have.
