I am actually super excited for dinner tonight! Green Salad with a homemade tomato dressing, homemade clam chowder with cheddar biscuits and then macaroons with a chocolate ganache for dessert. I have never made my own dressing, soup or macaroons... can't wait to see how they turn out!! :smile:

I was thinking some Toasted Raviolis, like the ones at Olive Garden... with marinara on the side. Probably will serve them with a side salad with homemade bleu cheese dressing. Wish me luck! Happy Weekend everybody!!
