    What is your favorite chip?

I love Cape Cod Sea Salt and Vinegar. I'm also a big fan of Fritos, but they are a little too addictive so I don't usually keep them around. C

Fortunately, my daughter, who is allergic to everything, loves quinoa. The rest of the family, not so much. Does anyone have a really tasty quinoa recipe to share? Lilly will eat it straight up, so I can always omit ingredients for her portion. Thanks, Caitlin

    Tomato paste substitutions

I think I'll be regarded as a real pain on the substitution page! My daughter is allergic to a lot of things, including tomatoes. I'm trying to make beef stroganoff; any suggestions for a substitute? She's also allergic to corn, so no corn starch. Thanks, Caitlin
