i buy frozen and fresh chicken. personally i like the frozen chicken breasts, i think it's because they always come out juicy. I usually buy fresh chicken legs or whole chicken. The bags are definitely cheaper.

Catlin I use eggs (not sure why, but grandma gave me her recipe and I don't want to stray from it). I figure though you don't really need eggs, because ground beef can be real moist.
