    ISO sauce to serve with duck breast

    Hello, everyone! I am looking for a substitute for my cranberry sauce to serve with a duck. I've run out of my cranberry jam and there is no way i can get more atm. :( I've tried one of the varieties of orange sauce and didnt like it :-/ all the suggestions are highly appreciated :) thank you!

    Creme fraiche/Sour cream ideas

    :ohmy: I've got about 3 liters of both creme fraiche and sour cream expiring this week (1.6 gallon altogether). Any ideas of what could i make out of it? Some sort of pastry would be nice, as I've already have a bunch of sauces that Im not sure how to get rid of. Thank you!

Couple years ago I've encountered a method of changing texture of the chicken to completely smooth (like it was very hard to notice the direction of the tissue)...
