    I have just put on a Pannetone loaf. Its supposed to be Christmas bread but, hey, who cares. When one has a new toy it must be played with!!!! Will let you know how it turns out.

    I have recent purchased a Panasonic SD 257 bread maker. I have no problems (so far) with the bread I am making but am wondering about the performance of the machine. During the kneading process the paddle stops and starts. There is no particular pattern in the timing of this and I am not sure...
