    HELP!!! Baking assistance please

    I love baking buns but I want to be able to get some chocolate sauce inside the buns, so that it's still in sauce format when you eat the buns. Does anyone know how to do this? I thought it would probably mean injecting the sauce after cooling, but can't seem to find the right kind of nozzle...
