    when you say "I'd avoid nonstick; it really has no place in a kitchen other than a piece or two." are you including HA or do you just mean teflon?

    experience well, as far as experience goes, she is ~40 and has been cooking for her family for ~13 years. I do the same and I wouldn't call myself experienced as a cook, but I know how to put together a meal. And, WOW! you are fast with the responses. Thank you so much!
