    Modeling chocolate

    Hi guys. Does anyone know about modeling chocolate? I've never done it before but want to try. I've found a recipe that says 250g milk chocolate and 10-11 tsps glucose syrup. I've done this and granted it is still cooling and I havnt kneaded it yet. My gut instinct is I havnt done it right it...

    I need inspiration !!

    Think I'm having a cooking block. I need something new and wonderful to cook for my friends iv done dips, scallops, oysters, calamari, damper dips for entrees And roasts, fish, pasta, salads, bbqs for mains I'm bored with all that I want something tantalizing !! Help pls! :)

    Never tried parsnip any ideas?

    Hey guys, iv been reading posts and there's heaps of things you all talk about that iv never cooked or tasted. First batter up is the parsnip, what's the best way to cook them by themselves so I get a feel for the way they taste and what they would go well with. Cheers Orryette :)

    Presentation! How Do You Guys Present Your Roasts?

    There's nothing better then a knee weakening taste test but! For me, I can't for the life of me plate up a roast so It looks, beautifully presented. It sorta takes the fun out of it for me when it looks like its just been chucked on there! Any hints guys?
