    Ok, so I used Julia Child's recipe. Left it in the fridge overnight. When I reheated the strained sauce, I added some sugar and brandy, and it just finished it how I wanted it to taste! Very happy clients I had.

    What I call "cowboy food". Fried onions, tomato, fresh chilli, bit of pesto..break an egg on top, sprinkle with feta cheese, put the lid on and let the egg cook a bit. Yum..

    Breakfast is usually a grapefruit and/or some brebis (sheep) yoghurt. Sunday however, is poached eggs and fresh tomato on toast, with a second piece of toast with marmalade, and some strong coffee.

    Jerusalem artichokes?

    Soup made from Jerusalem artichokes is divine. Boil them with a bit of milk or half water half milk until soft. Whizz until smooth and then add some cream and season well. A very nutty, taste.
