    Hi Josie, thanks and hello. I made some pickled carrots earlier this year, they've turned out OK but think I should have made the vinegar a bit sweeter. Not sure about savoy cabbage for sauerkraut either; I think that's usually made with white cabbage but hey, I could experiment.

    Hello everyone. I just joined the forum. I have a passion for pickling. Does anyone have any pickled cabbage recipes they can recommend? I love the taste of savoy cabbage and I'm wondering how it would take to being pickled. Thanks Jonny
