    Thawing a turkey

    I have a frozen 20 pound turkey and I put it in my garage for 30 hours and the temperature is 40 at night and 60 during the day, so after 30 hours (2 days and 1 night) I bring it into the house which is at 70 degrees and it should be thawed in 18 hours making it 48 hours to thaw a turkey...

    Cooking a 15-lb turkey in foil

    I'm going to cook a 15 lbs. turkey in foil. This is the first time in 10 years I have cook a turkey so I let it thaw in the refrigerator for 72 hours. Rinse it and tin fold it all over and pre heat the oven at 450 and cook for 3 hours?
