    Ganache disks how?

    Hi folks, Am doing raspberry pannacotta sitting on a white chocolate disk but cannot figure out how to make the disc. I need the disc to be about 6cm diameter and about 1 cm or less thick. Has anyone an idea how to do this? Thanks
