Here is something I just found out, if anyone is interested. Wendy's says bye to Biggie

Yea I just saw it like 3 weeks ago right after getting a summer job at McDonalds. Even after having seen the film and working there, I'm still not convinced to totally boycott the place. To me, all the preservatives and stuff don't make any difference. What I do care about is the high fat and...

    Wendy's says bye to Biggie

Burger King, I think it was, maybe 12 years ago or so had what they called burger buddies. They were two mini burgers stuck together. They were pretty cool.

    Wendy's says bye to Biggie

Its not just Wendy's making these changes. It’s seen in restaurants all over. It’s what nutritionists commonly refer to as "portion distortion." What were once smaller portions are becoming larger. I can't blame the restaurants for going along with what the consumers want. If a customer...

Favorite flavor of jam, jellies, preserves, etc?

When I was a lot younger my grandma used to make this jelly out of what we called "choke cherries." i've never heard of that type of cherry since then. They grew in eastern canada and taste kind of sour strait off the tree. But the jelly was really good. Has anyone ever heard of choke cherries...

Add a couple shots of Mocha to that mix and use Coke Blak instead and you'd have yourself a real suicide beverage.

    A question of safety

I would have eaten it, even without putting back in the crock pot. i'm sure the extra cooking in the crock pot made it even better than the first time around and killed off any bacteria that may have grown on it overnight.

    Help with Mexican themed party

Here are two ideas for a good Mexican drink. One is Horchata, which is a little more difficult to make. It’s made with rice, sugar and cinnamon, water and milk. The other is jamaica, which is really easy to make if you can get it. It’s just a dried flower, that you boil, strain, and then add...
