    Pumpkin Pancakes

    I recently tried to make pumpkin pancakes, by adding some canned pumpkin, some cinnamon and nutmeg to the batter. The only problem was they didn't set like a regular pancake. They turned out sort of mushy. Does anyone have a recipe for these? Or how to fix this?

    Dutch oven preparation

    Does anyone know the best way to prep a new dutch oven? I preped one by rubbing oil around it and putting it in the oven, but some spots where the oil was thick it started peeling. Is there any way to fix this?

    Agua de Melon

    One of my favorite drinks is what they make in Latin America, they call them aguas I think. One of my favorites is agua de melon. It’s just Melon mixed with water and sugar. It’s so good. I've been trying to figure out what fruits would be good mixed in drink like this? Anyone have any ideas?
