Ducks roasted but in the simplest way.

Yes they are apricots from large can, in our family we always have fruit like that as for sider with all main meals. Fruit goes the best when having poultry with rice however. In my opinion duck is nice with potatoes cooked in skin, potato salad (like on the photo) or steamed dumplings, and some...

Roasting & smoking turkey - poultry

For some reason roasting turkey produces a lot more liquid when compared with chicken or other poultry, even with the total weight taken into account. Wood fired ovens are not too dificult to build if you would like to try the cooking; few pictures of ovens built by first time builders or...

Many navy ships come to ports, all kinds of vessels often they open for public excursions. Few come up the Brisbane river too. You can...

    Pizza Pizza! (Jan 14, 2006)

Pizza dough flour type "00" I think these are 2 best packages of traditional Italian flour suitable for making pizza dough. Colavita Farina and Divella Farina "00" grade type pizza/pasta flours. Both imported from Italy and here in Au. all good continental deli shops have them, I prefer to get...
