    Hard Candy Lollipop question

    I've made several batches of lollipops using Coconut Oil, Light Corn Syrup, Sugar and flavor/color. when I get the temp to around 280 I take off heat and begin to pour but some of the Oil didn't stick to the syrup. How can I get ALL the oil to stick to the corn syrup?
