    A few rice grains or pasta (use large seashells so that they don't get lost) work well to keep the humidity away. :)

    ISO Unpeeled Fava Bean Recipe

    I've successfully made this recipe: Green Risotto with Fava Beans - Allrecipes without shelling the favas. I only shelled those used for decoration. (I took the picture you see on the recipe page :)). Try addind bacon or pancetta bits for an extra twist! But I'm afraid it won't freeze well...

    I'm trying to quit. I've been so obsessed by dieting and counting calories that it finally turned into an eating disorder... Now I try to eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm full and eat what I feel like eating!

    Salsa! How to eat?

    I love Salsa chicken and salsa fish! Just top chicken breasts or fish fillets (cod) with salsa, cheese and crumbled nachos, than bake in the oven until meat is done and cheese is brown and bubbly. Yummy!

    We've just had ratatouille (loads of summer veggies) and spicy Italian sausages. Pretty healthy and leaves space for a heavy dessert! ;)

    I use a masher. Before reading this thread, I didn't even know ricers existed and i wouldn't have thought of using a mixer. Lumps in mashed potatoes is what makes them taste authentic! if I want the smoother version, I use instant...

    Home or Restaurant?

    At home. I enjoy cooking so much that eating out has become a frustrating experience! Plus, I'm quite calories-conscious and I'm kind of scared of food I have not prepared myself... But I enjoy eating out every once in a while. It's a good way to discover new cuisines and dishes!

    For breakfast, I had a Greek yogurt with 2/3 of a nectarine (the other third had gone bad) and a small red plum. Gah! Yesterday, we went out for the WC final and I had 3 glasses of wine and 2/3 of a veggie pizza... Well, I had been to the gym before that but I'm not sure it made up for it!
