Do My Shanks Need a Slow Cooker?
Er, sorry about that title :tongue: I am cooking some shanks today (I hope) slow stylee, however I do not have a Crock (pot) but just a big stainless pot. Can I still do it? All the recipes I've read say that I need a special Crock (pot) or similar but I don't have one. Is it THAT important...- Disco Stew
