First off I really dont want to piss anyone off but..We have the Jr and love it. Havent had any problems at all. Good food everytime. I admit that it is used for the most part for tri tips and steaks but it can still cook a really good big ol hunk of meat.. Everyone here knows the old saying...

For what its worth I use parsley BUT I have filled the box up with brisket that was so full you could not see any green. Got a 1st and a 2nd like that.

That looks great JB. My mother used to make a gravy with the burger drippings and then put the chicken fried burgers back in the gravy before serving. MMMMMMMM good. I guess it has been 20 or more years since I had that. Thanks for bringing back some good thoughts.

I want to thank God for helping me find my lady who I have been married to for 22 years. The best thing to happen to me in my life. She is a great mother too. My kids are wonderful. Besides money, everything is good.

Cooked up some pork for my Sons football game tonight. Only 4 butts so we think that we will run out at halftime. I would think since I paid for everything and we are giving 100% of the proceeds to the team, that they will want me to double up for the next home game. You think? :lol:

Great, we try to get out and see everyone thursday night and saturday night. Friday nights we tend to have our game faces on until the chicken is turned in then we open up our coolers. I am looking forward to seeing the Red Hasty Bake.

Coming up this month 21st-22nd. Good payout "$12000" and they take good care of the teams. We hope to see some of you there.
