Poor customer service with Rock's BBQ

Envelope arrived today with not one but 2 sets of the bolt/washers. That will allow me to take it on this trip so that is all good. I don't see needing the extra set in the near future so if anyone out there has the blower and adapter and needs/ wants the extra set let me know. If it's before...

Poor customer service with Rock's BBQ

Most of the time I love tending the fire and letting the wsm do its thing. Sometime though life kicks in and trusting the kids to tend it....or my wife, is just out of the question. At that time it sure does come in handy.

Poor customer service with Rock's BBQ

Yeah it's been a while since I have posted. Life get's busy, etc... Years back I purchased one of the original Stokers (non wifi). It has held up pretty well over time, though I do tend to baby it. It has come in handy when things get really busy and sleep and family time win out. I even...

    My contribution to earth day

I've been kinda swamped lately but I'm still alive. Fired up both smokers for earth day and did 2 butts and a 18lb chuck roll. Used WRO on the butts and S&P on the chuck. Made for some tasty eats. Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Bruce if you're a costco member it might be worth going and taking a look. Try and remember that what looks good on the show floor under fluorescent lights might not look the same in your living room with incandescent lighting. Spring Turkey

Smoked it at 250 over lump and cherry. Only loosely tented it with foil after I pulled it off the smoke. Rubbed with DDogs maple..cut the salt waaaaayyy back in the brine and added some of that as well. Ended up really tasty.

    Resturant rip-offs

I have a friend in Jersey that is an alcohol buyer for a handful of restaurants. Normal markup is 300% on alcohol. Guess they have to make their money somewhere.

    The 10 Commandments of Grits

Oh man....busted #2. And probably the instant ones as well. Never know what they serve at a restaurant. Did make me smile last night when my 15 yr old daughter (home all week with the flu) told me that a bowl of grits with a little butter and cheddar cheese would make her feel better. :D

question to all you computer geeks out there

+1 for checking that. Also you may find a hardware volume control, either in line with the cable that plugs into the computer or on the screen somewhere. If it plugs into the audio jack (not USB) you can unplug it and tap your finger across the plug where you see the black concentric lines on...
