I think SCS will be backing out of this competition, unfortunately. Its just not financially in the cards right now.

yes, all good there. Carpet is being replaced, furniture washed, walls painted. Just some minor smoke damage from the electronics frying. Man, does that stink!! The cat may need some counselling, but other than that, everything is good so far. Just finding out as we go what needs replacing.

Don't really know for sure yet. A lot of what was plugged in is now fried. So far the fridge and pool pump is replaced as its "essential" the rest I won't know until its tested. Oven, washer/dryer, well pump etc.

had a small electrical fire due to faulty feed from the utility. Now at a hotel, with no BBQ.. :(

been using thompsons for years, 15 year old deck still looks brand new. Personally, I wouldn't use ATF. What if you lean on it?

Yeah, we can be beside Diva, she can spy on our chicken program (Don't ask me why she wants to do that) But we're gonna steal her dessert after she's had too many chocholate cakes.

We should be there. We'll also need the extra space for an RV/trailer and beer coolers.
