    italian fatty

    Started with Italian sausage that had green peppers and onions in it. Stuffed with pepperoni, mozzarella and provolone cheeses. Then wrapped in bacon

    I had a 9 lb brisket flat waiting to go. Weather was halfway decent for once. Rubbed and onto the wsm with hickory. Could have used a little more time on. Smoker but everybody was hungry.

    sausage & stuffing balls?

    I for a recipe like a moink ball. It was a spinoff of Jb's recipe. It used sausage and stove top stuffing. U rolled into ballls and wrapped in bacon (just like a moink). Help :(

    Boneless chuck short ribs

    Tried some Costco short ribs tonight. Hit them with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. The family gave them the thumbs up. I think next time they get foiled, and some broth next time-

    Sat night rib roast

    Had a few friends over. Fired up the webber and smoked it with some hickory. did a 6 lb rib roast with a garlic and herb paste- Not bad at all- I served it with salad, garlic mashed potatoes, and fresh yeast rolls.

    Ribs & pork loin sale

    I know so of ya guy's are from S.E. Mich. I went to Sam's club Friday in Southgate, and they had a sale on the following- ribs - $2 per lb pork loins $1.19 lb A pretty good sale I thought. :)
