    KINGSFORD CHARCOAL ON SALE AT HOME DEPOT

    I just got back from Home Depot. Purchased 400 lbs. of Kingsford charcoal , they have it 2-20lbs bags for only 7.97 no limit. The add says 9.97 but when you get in there it is only 7.97. Couldnt help myself stocked up. lol

    Easter Dinner at our home.

    brisket from last night.

    I smoked a brisket last night. Wrapped it in plastic wrap and foil and put in fridge overnight. I got up this morning and sliced it and put in shrink wrap to hold the moisture. Anyone have best thoughts on what to do with it today to reheat for company coming . Do I want to simmer in boiling...

    stack heater to speed draw

    I am trying to figure out the best way to heat my stacks to create a draw faster than waiting for them to warm from the firebox.     70 degrees in Iowa and time to smoke baby back ribs

    woke up to the first 70 degree day with full sunshine in Iowa so thought it was perfect for some baby backs in the Hawk Wild Smoker.     gasket for around chamber door

    charcoal or straight wood in firebox?

    Do you have to be licensed to do private parties

    I am wanting to start a small catering service with my trailer and cant seem to find out if I need a food establishment license or not to do it. If I only cater private parties is it neccesary to have a licensed kitchen to do it? I am in iowa usa

    new to site

    just came across your site and glad to see up to date posts here. Here is a pic of the smoker that I built myself. It is more of a tailgating trailer than just a smoker. I have a satelitte dish and an electric smoker and charcoal grill built on it along with the large smoker.
