    Memorial day dinner

    Well I spent my Memorial Day at my brothers house. We ate pulled pork cooked in a crockpot- oh how yummy! LOL It had no flavor at all!     Temp control

    I have always heard to keep the top vent open all the time on a weber silver grill. Wether grilling or smoking. But what about the bottom vent, how do you it to control the temp? Thanks Dave

    Weber Silver vs Gold

    My wife does not like kingsford some one told me about Stubbs just cost to much. How about Royal oak? Price is a lot better here. Or is there somthing better with lower cost? Thanks Dave

    Today was the first time I cooked with charcoal. I used an old Brinkman smoker with the charcoal pan moved up to the top. I filled my chimney 3/4 full with Kingsford charcoal.
